Well, i had no idea what Personal Concierge was going to offer really when i stumbled upon their website. Just decided to drop them a mail out of curiosity and well, in return i got excellent ideas and services for my 1st wedding anniversary. Personal Concierge helped research and made all arrangements for a fantastic weekend getaway at the Sentosa Resort. It was like going on tour where everything was pre-arranged, just that in this case, you do not have the tour guide around. You therefore have all privacy to enjoy a fantastic occasion with your loved ones. Frankly, for a lazy person like me, i would not have had the idea and time to have made all arrangements for such a getaway. The place was fantastically scenic, food was great, massage was wonderful and place was incredibly relaxing. My wife and I have a holiday getaway that is what we very much needed to freshen ourselves up before the new year starts. However, both our schedules were extremely tight and could only spare 3 days for a really short trip. We were vexed as we couldn’t decide on the destination especially we have so little time. Hence, we consulted Personal Concierge for recommendations. We were doubtful at first at the Personal Concierge’s recommendation – Bangkok, Thailand. We have been to Bangkok a lot of times for leisure but always spend time at the same few places we frequent. Usually than not, we feel more tired after our returned . Hence we were hesitant to accept Personal Concierge’s proposal to a Bangkok getaway. However, we were immediately convinced when we saw the proposed Itinerary from Personal Concierge. Personal Concierge prepared a very detailed Itinerary of how we could spend my 72 hours in Bangkok with grace and relaxation. I have this Louis Vuitton Briefcase I got from my husband for our wedding anniversary 8years ago. However, the internal linings have melted after being exposed to extreme sunlight and heat after a year of use. Documents and files will be tinted with the black sticky linings if inserted into the briefcase. Hence it would not be possible to use without having the linings changed. As a working adult and a mother of two, I am left with very little time for myself as such, have procrastinated the repairs for many years. When I was first introduced to Personal Concierge, I immediately contacted them for assistance. Personal Concierge collected the Louis Vuitton Briefcase from my office and sent it for repairs. Before I know it, they have the briefcase delivered back to me at my home in tip top condition, ready to be use again. Till today, I am getting Personal Concierge to help me make reservations for dinners and special events on a regular basis. I have a flare for earrings but was not able to wear them unless it is made of solid gold or pure silver. Costume earrings will cause irritations on my ear holes and i can only wear them for 1-2 hrs max. So most of my earrings collections are just collections! If I have to wear them for special occasions, I will have to apply anti-septic cream before i wear them and if I need them to be on for longer hours, i will have to bring along my anti-septic cream to soothe the itch and pain. Despite this, i will still get swollen ear loops at the end of the day with watery and smelly discharge that last for days. Concierge Chen noticed my agony one day and offered me a solution – changing the ear hook of my earrings to a non allergy one. I wasn’t sure if it will work but I still let her have a pair of my earrings for a try. Just one try, I passed her all my earrings for that FANTASTIC change at REASONABLE cost! NOW, I can wear my earrings for as long as I want, without itch or pain. I can put them on so frequently as i do not have to worry about the irritations anymore!
